Cancellation, Membership, & Blowout Bundles Policies

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance so that other guests can book an appointment during this time slot. If you do not give a 24-hour notice of cancellation, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) charges. Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service(s) charges.

Monthly Membership Information (Discontinued)

• The Poppy Blowout membership is offered to our customers who frequent the blowout bar. These terms and conditions apply to the customer participating in the Poppy Blowout membership and Poppy Blowout Bar has the right to change these terms and conditions or to add rules, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to the membership program. Poppy Blowout Bar can end the program or a specific membership at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in the poppy blowout membership, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. Members agree to pay a monthly fee to participate in the poppy blowout membership program.

• The Poppy Blowout membership includes two signature blowouts of your choice, 50% off of one add-on, and 15% off of retail products (in-store only). Prices vary depending on the type of hair you have. Add-ons do not accumulate and must be used within 30 days. Membership blowouts are not transferable. 

​

• Gratuities on services are not included in the monthly membership price. Discounts on products and tools apply to in-store purchases only. Discounts and membership blowouts are non-transferrable and are only used by the member. To redeem membership blowouts and membership discounts, the member must provide their name and identify as a poppy blowout member. Any attempt to transfer benefits to a different customer may result in the automatic cancellation of the membership. Poppy Blowout Bar reserves the right to request proper identification from a member before providing discounts or membership blowouts.

• Members also agree to allow Poppy Blowout Bar to communicate via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites and various other channels to communicate with the member about account status, program changes, and special offers or promotions.

• The membership can be canceled at any time, without penalty, by submitting a cancellation request via the form on our Contact Us page. To cancel your membership, please send your name, phone number, email and the date you would like to cancel. Please allow 72 hours minimum for the cancellation to be processed.

• Unused blowouts and add-ons do not rollover from month-to-month. Unused blowouts, add-ons and discounts have no cash value. Any unused blowouts must be redeemed within 30 days of membership cancellation, or they will expire forever. The member is not entitled to redeem unused blowouts, add-ons or discounts for cash or store credit, and the member is not entitled to a refund for any unused blowouts, add-ons or discounts at any time during membership or upon cancellation. The membership fees will recur each month until canceled by the member. Each member agrees and understands that the credit card on file will be automatically charged the monthly membership fee. It is each member's responsibility to keep Poppy Blowout Bar informed of accurate billing information. The monthly fees will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made. If Poppy Blowout Bar terminates a membership, the member's credit card will not be charged for the next billing period, and the terms for canceled memberships will apply. Blowout Bundle Policy

Blowout Bundles are a great way to save for our Poppy Babes!

​

• When purchasing a Blowout Bundle, in addition to substantial savings, the Poppy Babe will receive 10% off all in-store retail purchases when purchasing the 4 or 8 bundles, and 15% off all in-store retail purchases for the 12 bundle.

​

• Bundles are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have an expiration date.

​

• Bundle of 4 and Bundle of 8 Blowouts expires 6 months after purchase. The Bundle of 12 Blowouts expires 12 months after purchase. Enjoy your savings!
